    Well, according to Cleo, she can no longer log in. If she's not been banned, then perhaps an administrator should look into her account.

    As you'll notice, I'm no longer a mod, so I don't know what threads were or were not in the mod forum. I do know that Cleo was very upset with my leaving as a mod and contacted me outside this board (some may remember the Equal Time forum, where Cleo and I worked together) and we have had a dialogue.

    I asked her not to step down on my account (some very nasty things were said to me). However, I fully support her stepping down because moderating this board takes more out of her than she gets in return. If she's not been banned, then I apologize for jumping to that conclusion when her account suddenly stopped working shortly after her stepping down.

        Again I agree with Bren, but to clarify the situation as much as it can. Jamie posted a message saying she was done with the board, and it was my fault. The post was inflammatory, abusive and thereby against TOS. An admin asked her to remove it. She apparently refused, and posted her resignation in the moderator forum. Her journal was moved at that point and I made the decision to suspend her account for a time period following the 3 strikes rule that is in the TOS. The first strike being the post, and the second strike being the failure to remove it after being asked by another admin. The length of the suspension of the account is being handled by another admin since I am biased after being one "at fault" or at least publicly insulted.

        That is what I know at the moment. There is other information with Jamie that I can't go into as I would think anybody else would value their and therefore her privacy.

          I hate to see all of this happen. All I know is Cleo is an excellent asset here, especially for newbies, and for everyone. Her dedication and simply her way of putting things is tops. She is a great chica. HIP-BUMP!

            If Bren and Kent say it was justified, then it was. As far as I'm concerned, that is pretty much the end of the story.

                    I totally support the admin and mods here. This is the best, most lenient board I've ever been a member of. If someone was suspended here, then they must have really deserved it, IMO.

                            Two ways to look at that Deserthorn. Could it be that Cleo was on the ego-trip: bouncing around the board as she did? She was over committed to ADBB: why?

                            She over heated and resigned a few weeks ago - only to retract.
                            Not "moderate" behaviour in my opinion, and not what we should expect of a moderator.

                            Bren is absolutely right - cooling off time needed.

                            And it's time to let go and move on.

                            Cleo is no doubt hurting, but I guess so too are our Administrators.

                                I think thats a TOS violation MOG, but it will be ignored. (incendiary content removed towards another member)
                                Bren I am not talking about your ego, and I have PMed both you and Tom. I personally think its a sad day for this board. Did Kent say that she broke TOS 3 times. 3 times is the rule for getting banned.
