I think thats a TOS violation MOG, but it will be ignored.
Bren I am not talking about your ego, and I have PMed both you and Tom. I personally think its a sad day for this board. Did Kent say that she broke TOS 3 times. 3 times is the rule for getting banned.

Two ways to look at that Deserthorn. Could it be that Cleo was on the ego-trip: bouncing around the board as she did? She was over committed to ADBB: why?

She over heated and resigned a few weeks ago - only to retract.
Not "moderate" behaviour in my opinion, and not what we should expect of a moderator.

Bren is absolutely right - cooling off time needed.

And it's time to let go and move on.

Cleo is no doubt hurting, but I guess so too are our Administrators.

Let us have a care for them all.

She did quit a few weeks ago but it was because she felt so bad about the newsletter not working and she was hurt and frustrated. It had nothing to do about this board.
I personally do not think that she violated TOS 3 times, she agrees to one, but not 3 times, unless Kent is counting three times in one post, which doesn't seem to be fair. But fair isn't what this board is about is it.

Since you have brought my name and my ego (if there is one), you know full well (from your time as admin and mod) there are times in which actions have encurred multiple strikes for the same action. No one has said she is banned. Her account is temporarily suspended not on a lifetime or more permanent ban as the three strikes rule applies. See the Mr. Benjamin situation or other recent bans (SteetCornerPhilo) for recent permanent bans.

As for MoG's comment, I had already addressed. Thank you though for making sure we are fair and balanced.
