It depends on a lot of things. First of all...what are your current stats?

We need your stats (height/age/sex/weight) and then mayve you can get an idea. I lost 24 1/2 lbs on induction but I had 150 lb total to lose.

Stick to the book. Keep a TOTALLY clean induction, and keep it going a bit longer than the two weeks if you wish. DRINK LOTS and LOTS, and then MORE WATER. Keep your body moving. Watch your portions. This isn't an excuse to just eat and eat and eat in an out of control manner, especially after induction. Yes, you can eat lots and do NOT go hungry. If/when hunger hits, select a snack that's higher in fat to help satisfy your hunger. Eat before cravings hit. DRINK MORE WATER. I do better when I set a time where I won't eat anything else for the night. If I eat enough of the right foods during the day, this can be done. However, if you're in bed, feeling like you're really hungry, get up and have something legal before a binge sets in. ALWAYS have food prepared so you can have something quick to eat. I keep hard-boiled eggs, deviled eggs, meats, cheese, pepperoni, celery, cream cheese, olives, and tuna on hand and ready to eat. Best wishes to you for good success. It can be done! Keep posting, too!

Well, one answer could be that in the 'long run' or 'the time-line of life' you could lose nothing and actually gain weight!.....

if you don't make the Atkins program a Way of Life.

You will rebound any weight lost if you treat this as a 'crash diet' and go back to old habits later.

My opinion is that if anyone is to loose weight for health, there should not be a date deadline. You lose it when you lose.

Everyone's body is individual and there is no guarantees on how quickly it works.

As was said before, we need to know more about your stats, and

'why do you have to lose weight before Feb 8th ?'
