I try not to get sucked into debating my way of eating any more than debating religion or politics. If someone is genuinely interested in Atkins, I will do my best to explain the WOE to them.
But sometimes, I recognise that I'm simply being baited, and the conversation ends. I simply won't waste my positive energy.
Usually, a few minutes into the conversation I can tell which way this is going, and proceed accordingly.Stats:
