    I didn't so much fall off the wagon, I just lost my footing and was holding on with just the one hand...at least that's my excuse!

    I was more lenient with the holidays with what I was eating and drinking - I was still sensible but not as much as I have been up until now.

    And since tomorrow is the first day of the new year, I'm starting today. With a big old box of Tesco's Chicken sandwich slices for breakfast and a walk after lunch since the weather is surprisingly pleasant today!

    Anybody else hitting the book again after a less-than-legal Christmas?

    I've been back to "by the book" for a few days now. I've had respiratory infection for the last month that just wouldn't quit. I wasn't too bad, but anything that contradicts this WOE impedes success. I'm back to induction for the next two to four weeks. We can do this. We need to make sure that we have a NO EXCUSE mentality. Good luck to all of us who are in the same boat, for whatever reason, right now!

      welcome back. I hope you had some of your veggie carbs and some fat with that box of chcken slices. remmebr we work better when fueled all day with the right octane not high tech for luch and regular for breakfast.

        No I saved my veggies for lunch an hour later lol. That's what you get for having breakfast at 11:30am!

          try to get in the habit of having some at every meal cause when you move to OWL and get all those veggies back ( did you know in maintnenace Dr Atkins said folk should be eating 6-8 cups of them?) you could really spike your blood sugars saving them for lunch.

          We practice and learn our good eating habits now so when we get to maintenance we are not like those Slimfast folk who don't kow how to eat to maintain their weight loss
