Anyone who has an answer can feel free to tell me, but I'm positive that one of these two ladies has an answer for me. Here's the question---do I need to take something with biotin? I mean, other than a no iron multi-vitamin, is there something I need to take with biotin to make it absorbable by my body? Is is absorbed without any additional help? So many vitamins and minerals need to be paired with other vitamins or minerals to actually be used by the human body, just wondering if that happens with biotin.
