Do you have access to a fridge at work and the opportunity to take a (couple of) meal break(s)?
Or will you have to eat at your desk while on the phone?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

i work in a high risk nursery im the unit secretary. we have a really small break area but we work with it. we have a little cooker, fryers, microwave, and yes we have a fridge. But the problem is that we have a lot of young resident doctors that raid our fridge (take things that are not theres)... and dont bring something with the intention of cooking and trying to eat in peace. then everbody wont some and i am not selfish with food (I share)!! but then there nothing left for me to eat later.but how do you do atkins at night is it ok to eat introduction troughout the night Ill have to pack already cooked foods and hide my lunch bag deep in the fridge. for safe keep ha ha ha

Tell the NICU director and the nurse supervisor that you are going on a very specific diet (no need to divulge any details other than that). Tell them that the residents and others have the habit of eating food that doesn't belong to them. Tell them that you want it made clear that your lunch bag is off limits. Tell the NICU director that if you catch any resident eating your food, you want that doctor to have extra weekend call.

Anyhow, make sure you pack snacks as well, such as cheese sticks, hard-boiled eggs, veggie sticks and dip, etc. You might not need to eat them, but it's better to have something in the event you need it.
