  • Website for monitoring diet, exercise, and health

    Hi all,

    I am a graduate student in Human Factors who is designing (for a conference project) a website and software application to help people monitor their diet, exercise, and/or health.

    This service could be used to help forum members track their weight, diet, symptoms, etc. In addition, one goal of the website would be to direct people to online communities just like this, where they can get support and information.

    Anyway, in order to design this service, I must learn about the users. If you might be interested in such a service, then please follow the link below to complete an anonymous survey (19 questions). Otherwise, thanks for your time. This survey will end Jan 8th.

              Original goal: Lose 30 lbs by Mar. 1st, 2006. I made it!!!

              Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

                      Atkins makes exercise mandatory - I took up cycling - see last pics at 203lb.
