  • Today- what a confidence boost!

I saw people at work that I haven't seen in months. Most of them walked past me without even acknowledging me, which upset me, until they turned around and went "OMG Steph?! Bloody ****! How much weight have you lost?!"

People didnt even recognize me! Then I had them all asking me how I did it lol.

Let me tell you if you haven't already experienced it, it felt AMAZING!

That's happened to me several times just in the last two weeks.

I think that because it's such a gradual change for us, we really need to hear things like that so we can really appreciate the changes that have happened. Especially when the weight loss slows down as we get closer to goal, you sometimes feel like you're at a standstill.

          Enjoy it...soak it up!

I've had that happen -- and it's wonderful. I hope it happens again, in the future. Congratulations, Steph, on the fantastic day!

That is so exciting !! Very few people ever knew me thin, encluding our four kids and thier spouses and of course our grandkids, the ones that did, it has been so many years they would not remember me thin. I can't wait until that happens to me, that is wonderful, congratulations, you must have been thrilled !! Stephie
