Fell off......glueing my butt back on....

So I'm typing this message to you all......feeling a little embarassed..... because I fell off the wagon..

But now I have decide to get back on because of how great I felt being on this WOL............I went tonite and had my sister test everything..(she's a MLT) and my cholestrol is at 223.. she said everything else looked normal.. I'm 21 years old I shouldn't be borderline high cholestrol......so getting back on for the health of it..................LOL

Dear Cosguy!

Good luck to you with getting back on the wagon again! Just always remember that nothing tastes better than being smaller in size (thin). I have been in the same boat as you, and believe me its not worth falling off the wagon for!

I'm so glad you're back! I too have fallen off the wagon, but because I know how great this WOE is, I keep coming back. I am committed to succeed this time. It helps me to check in here daily.. usually several times and to journal. I use fitday then write my totals in a notebook along with any exercise, water amounts, and supplements I took that day. Not only does that keep me motivated, but I can use it to look back on and see what works or what stalls me. If you don't already journal, I'd recommend starting.

The main thing is that you are back to where you know you should be---and that you are taking control of your eating while you are still young!! That's terrific!

[Too bad some of us didn't realize this until we were, ahem, slightly older. ]
