As much as I LOOOOVE fitday to give me an overall view of my foods/activity etc, I don't like that the percentages don't take into account the fibre from carbs.
As you see, right now it shows a total of 13 carbs. I've set fibre into my personal goals so right now that fibre number sits at 4.87 (let's just round up to 5) So, my total carb intake for the day thus far is 8 carbs. However, the percentages don't take this into account so my carb % is sitting at 8% right now which throws off the other percentages as well.
Is there anyway around this? Or do I just have to guess-timate the %'s?
added: sorry, I just realized that the public page doesn't show the %'s...here are mine so far today:
Total: 427
Fat: 34 305 74%
Sat: 17 151 37%
Poly: 2 20 5%
Mono: 13 115 28%
Carbs: 13 32 8%
Fiber: 5 0 0% (why is this % zero????)
Protein: 19 76 19%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%
