    Re: The Book

It's in the chapter on OWL - Ongoing Weight Loss. It is just a list, in my issue on a right hand page (don't have book here) which talks about adding stuff back in after Induction.

Goes starchy vegetables, nuts, berries, dairy etc (this is not the correct order). Just have a slow look through that chapter.

Which book do you have? We use Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 version.

        Re: The Book

Dr Atkins calls the order of introducing the different food types the 'Carb Ladder' and calls each type (dairy, nuts, berries etc) a 'level',
Here we tend to refer to those 'levels' as 'rungs' and I think of it as a process of climbing up the rungs of the OWL ladder.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
