    Braggin Rights!!

    Okay, so yesterday was day one, and I MADE IT THROUGH!!! I am so proud of myself for not giving into the brownies on the counter!

    Then, as if getting through day one wasn't wonderful enough, I AM SHOWING KETONES!!!! They are light pink, but still ketones! I had to check lastnight, just because..and I was suprised to see them already!

    Has anyone seen ketones this soon before? I have never had them show until the 3rd day, at best.
    *Dieting makes you look good with your clothes on...exercise make you look good with them off.*

          I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                          LOL Thanks! It is so much easier to do then I kept thinking. I guess after you fall off so long, you think it's the END OF THE WORLD to start back up. It isn't half as bad as I thought.
