After reading a thread last week about exercise, I got the Slim in 6 DVD's. I did the first program this morning.... not too bad, but I know my butt is going to hurt tomorrow.
I can't figure out when you go to the next program. There are two that are really short... one is for stretching and one is for abs only. I think it would be good to combine these because they are only 15 mins each.
So, what do I do? Just keep advancing through the programs? Do I mix it up?
