  • Slim in 6 question

    After reading a thread last week about exercise, I got the Slim in 6 DVD's. I did the first program this morning.... not too bad, but I know my butt is going to hurt tomorrow.
    I can't figure out when you go to the next program. There are two that are really short... one is for stretching and one is for abs only. I think it would be good to combine these because they are only 15 mins each.

    So, what do I do? Just keep advancing through the programs? Do I mix it up?

    Hi Dianne,

    You start with Start It Up and when that gets to easy you move onto Ramp It Up and then finally Burn it UP. Slim in Limber and Slim in 6 Pack are extras for stretching and ab work.
