    That's Great Way to Go Girl I would ahve been one of the ones in the back and not said anythign I commend you for having the Guts to say what you wanted. I am PROUD of you you are really gunna knock their and our socks off GREAT JOB!!!

        OMG that is so awesome!!! I'm so proud of you! I too would've been quiet in the back simply because I don't do well in situations like that. I get my words all fumbled and my brain stops working. lol

        I was about to beat the carbs outta this woman.

                    I have always been a very argumentative person, and I lose myself and attack the person's character, which is wrong. This is the FIRST time I was diplomatic about what I had to say...and it worked so much better!!!

                          The first time I did atkins, and told people, they said to me
                          that Atkins died so how good was his diet???
                          I used to go in and say He fell, which had nothing to do with his diet, but they didnt beleive it.
