Well, it wasn't something that I bought, but I love my outdoor grill. Dinner is quick, easy, and doesn't leave a big mess in my kitchen.

I use my George Foreman a lot when it's just cooking for me. I agree with Aphex, too. Definitely love my huge gas grill, though. Push one button, and I'm cooking in 2 minutes.

For quick, I love my George Foreman as well, just got a new one for Christmas since I wore the old one out!

I also adore my slow cookers! Nothing better than to throw everything in there in the morning before I leave for work and come home to yummy smelling house and dinner all ready to put on the table with no fuss! I have a regular little collection of them! LOL different shapes and sizes.

My Turbo Cooker. I have two of them and they're just about the only thing I use to cook.

LOVE my crock pot, always have.
LOVE my two level electric steamer/rice maker (of course I don't make rice anymore, but I use it almost daily for vegetables)
It's not this model, but it's pretty much the same thing.

A few months ago I bought a little microwave egg poacher for five or six bucks (I've seen them for sale for like, four bucks, so I was a little miffed but..) and it's turned out to be fantastic and both bf and I use it for our breakfast eggs every moring. Within 124 seconds (84 for the eggs, 40 to heat up the cooked sausage that I make up ahead of time) breakfast is ready. Super handy!

My crockpot!!!! I LOVE it. I usually use it once a week with beef and onions, it is great and perfect for Atkins. I've tried chicken with celery too and that was pretty good.

Also, a high-temperature spatula that doesn't melt. I really LOVE that too!

Nothing new or fancy and I already owned it, but now I use it every day. It's my veggie steamer. It's just a little metal one that expands to fit whatever pot you are using. Keeps the nutrients in the veggies and they come out perfect - not overcooked or watery. I also love my crockpot and my veggie peeler, but the steamer gets the most use.

You know another great gadget which was a gift (I didn't think I'd use btw) is a salad spinner, I love that thing! If I pick lettcues from my garden and wash them, then spin all the water out of them in that thing, the lettcues last for 2 weeks w/o even starting to go bad! Its also great for spinning all the excess water out of cooked broccoli and cauliflower!

hmmm... my microwave, I'd say, which is also a traditional oven. Use it so much since doing Atkins. Nukeing the flax crackers and doing more baked dishes. Couldn't live without it!

My crockpot is a wonder, especially when I'm lazy! Also just got a mini electric chopper, its great, quick, easy, and no messes. Don't use my George FOreman grill cause its down in the cupboards, should make it more available and stick it on the counter again.
