I normally have Total Greek Yogurt
Values per 100g
130 cals
6.8g protein
3.2g carb
10% fat
But today I could only get the 0% fat version
Values per 100g
52cals
9g protein
4g carb
0g fat
mm
only a little more carb and a lot less cals.
It's not quite as creamy, but tastes good.
How do they do it without fat?
I normally have quite a lot of yogurt since I don't eat cheese, and it keeps my fat percentage about right.
But the zero fat stuff has a significant calorific advantage, and as I am getting near goal that matters.
What do you think, my expert lady friends?
