  • Greek Yogurt and 0% fat Greek Yogurt

I normally have Total Greek Yogurt

    Values per 100g
    130 cals
    6.8g protein
    3.2g carb
    10% fat

But today I could only get the 0% fat version
    Values per 100g
    52cals
    9g protein
    4g carb
    0g fat

    mm

only a little more carb and a lot less cals.
It's not quite as creamy, but tastes good.

How do they do it without fat?

I normally have quite a lot of yogurt since I don't eat cheese, and it keeps my fat percentage about right.

But the zero fat stuff has a significant calorific advantage, and as I am getting near goal that matters.

What do you think, my expert lady friends?
Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
    he said, 'Don't count calories.'

It looks fine to me, your past the Dairy rung, and yogurt is very good for you. But now what are you going to do to keep those fats up there?
