Today is last day of induction but I am continuing, I lost 11lbs all in the first week BUT... Im in a size 22 down from a 28 !! Yes folks Im in a 22

do u mean that you were a size 28 2 weeks ago and now you can get into a 22.WOW..Congradulations! I am on Day 5 of induction can you tell me what your basic meal plan has been.? Thank you and Good Luck

These goals maybe pushing it but I am gonna give it my all.

Starting Weight: 265 lbs. Highest ever!
Goal Weight: 175 lbs. (as of now)
Goals:
1)April 30th- 250 lbs.
2)June 9th- (My 35th Birthday)225 lbs.
3)July 29th- (Parents 36th Anniversary)199 lbs.:dancing1
*To be under 200 lbs for the first time since I was a teen would be the best gift I could give them.

My typical day is
breakfast 2 sausage pattys //or 3 strips bacon and 1 egg
lunch 1 cup salad/ 10z shredded cheese
4oz of canned tuna / or chicken breast
sourcream and mint dressing
dinner
1 cup cauliflower
6oz steak or blackened salmon
snack either i sugar free jello or 2oz cheese 4 slices pepperoni
Most days I just mix and match.
drop all caffeine
and tons and tons of water!
but for the most I credit losing inches to excersing as much as you can. I went from 10 mins on bike first day to almost 2 hours /60 mins treadmill in morning and 30 mins bike/30 mins weight lifting in evening. exercise is key to this. 22 isnt lose its still snug but Ive never gotten my jeans past my bum before. Dont watch the scale pick out an outfit and hang it on the door. I am also keeping up induction for at least another 2 week period.
