  • I'm back

    Hi Everyone,

Some of you will remember me, I was here from February 2005 until October 2005, when I fell off this WOL big time! I had gone from 260 down to 211. I'm now back up to 246, but at least this time I know what to do to get back in shape, exercise, drink lots of water and stick to my plan. Two things happened that I think did me in, I stayed on Extended Induction for too long, I was too strict with myself and I became bored with my food choices, the other was that my sweet 13 year old dog Dave got cancer and died, it really tramatized me, he was my exercise buddy and once he was gone, I stopped walking.

I just saw a message from Moochiecat, girl you look fantastic!!!!!

      Re: I'm back

Welcome back and thanks for the compliment!

Good to see you back and I'm sorry to hear about your doggie. We're still dealing with the loss of our Moochie in August...it's pretty tough. I was worried that it might throw me off course, but I found that because I didn't have to think about what to eat, Atkins made things easier for me through those rough times.
I hope you heal enough to welcome a new fuzzy exercise buddy into your life soon.

It sounds like you know where your problems are, and that's half the battle right there!

Welcome back, refresh yourself by re-reading DANDR and the stickies and you go, girl!!!

I walked my new puppy this morning, just walking up the hill put me out of breath! It's amazing how quickly I went down hill, but I hope to get back just as quckly!

                  Welcome back!
I'm sorry about your dog, but I bet that new puppy will bring you a lot of joy! I have 4 cats.. they don't help my exercise at all lol. I'd love to get a dog, but we just can't do it right now.
                  Much success...
