Paul Mackenna - I can make you thin TV programme

My DH is watching TV and flicked onto the second programme of a series for the first few minutes.

His 'four rules' seem a little familiar to me, and were what he told viewers last week apparently.:

    Eat when you are hungry
    Eat what you want
Eat consciously - concentrate on your food and eat slowly
Stop when you are full - leave some food on your plate

He says he is basing this on the way slim people eat!!

Anyone else watching/watched this and has comments?

Apparently this week he will be talking about comfort eating.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

I have seen it before. I think he probably is right. The problem is we all just dont stop before we have eaten too much
