    Starting Again

    Hello everyone,

I'm starting atkins again today. I did it for about 3 days (yes that's it) in October. On the third day i peed on a ketosis strip and it didn't change and I got really mad and quit. I realize now that was foolish. In the meantime I haven't been dieting and haven't gained any weight so I decided it's time to make that change once and for all. I really believe, after trying every diet known to man, that this is the easiest and most reasonable way to lose weight and eat long term.

Welcome, glad you joined. If the siticks discouraged you, I'd be in real trouble cause they never worked for me and they may never work for you either

Those sticks are really evil, don't use them unless you really need to. You'll know when you're in ketosis when you lose your cravings for everything else, and you're dropping pounds like no other. (And shedding those inches!!) But, we're rooting you on and I know you can do this!! Good luck and be the best loser ever. <333

Glad to see you here. Just stick with it and be patient. If it is worth having it will take time.
