    Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

      I used to be obese and I had cereal with reduced fat milk, and sometimes fruit, for breakfast every morning. I now have that pictured breakfast almost every day, and my weight is just about down to within the normal range. They should have a picture of a cornflakes box!
