    Met-Rx protein bars

    Has anyone tried Met-Rx protein bars? They say that they are low carb. Just wanted to get your opinions on them.

    Just out of interest what stage of the "diet" are you on?

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        If they have sugar alcohols, you might read the thread in the Frequently Asked Question section about them, They have a tendency to stall folks, so if you try them and stop losing, ditch them quick
        Also check the ingrediets and see if they have any foods you can't eat yet, like peanuts or fruit.
