Dreamed that I cheated!

Last night, I dreamed that I cheated! I dreamed that I was eating Easter candy and all the sudden I remembered that I was on Atkins! I was so disapointed with myself. I can't tell you how relived I was when I woke up this morning and realized it was just a dream!!!!

talk about a nightmare. So you are worried about eating Easter candy? if so maky some plans now on ways you can avoid it. what to do if somebody gives you some and wonderful ways to dispose of it without eaitng it like running over the candy you accidently dropped on the driveway.

omg.. i ALWAYS dream that I cheat and then feel annoyed when I wake up in the morning. Sometimes I worry that I am actually sleep walking and thats why these dreams feel so naughty!

Its a very natural thing to dream about. You will be ok, its the same when giving up an addiction. I had them when I started out on Atkins and also when i gave up smoking.

I don't think I'm afraid of eating Easter candy. I think it's because I saw this thing on the news the other night about this guy that has written a book for Christians on how to lose weight, and I guess I put Jesus & Easter together in my head???? Who Knows???? Anyway.....

OMG!!! That is too funny! I dreamt last night that I had gone to a ballgame and a friend brought me a meal... and I was so proud because I passed on the roll, then realized that I was eating one of those big fat roasted pretzels!

I figured I was strange!

I dream about it all the time. I feel so guilty and ashamed in my dream, they seem to be the most vivid dreams I ever have. I hate them, I always feel bad in the morning after one of my cheat dreams. It must be because I am always judging and analyzing every bite of food that goes in my mouth.

I had those dreams in the beginning, but It's been a long time since I had one. I kind of liked the dreams. I could indulge without indulging. LOL

That's funny. I have the one where you are drinking and drinking and are still thirsty. You wake up and your tongue is glued to the roof of your mouth.

hehe your not alone, i used to have alot of dreams of me cheating and eating biscuits and coke, but when i woke up i was ready to throw up and remember how disgusting that stuff is . just remember dreams are dreams ,reality is reality which we have total control of .

Oh, I dream of cheating too! I hate when that happens. I think 2 big is right. I think when we dream of cheating it is because we have an inclination to. Making plans early to avoid it is logical thinking. I am a sucker for easter candy. I don't have a problem with valentines candy, but easter and halloween both get me - every year I binge.

My plan is to a) stay strong and firm in my resolve, and b) tell DD to HIDE all that candy she receives REALLY REALLY well! LOL!

Oh SusanQsan! I have a real thing for those marshmallow chicks! And now they make them for valentines and halloween too! I definitely have to stay away from them, they are evil!!!

I am SO glad I'm not the only one! I had one last night that I ate a giant cinnamon roll and I felt terrible, especially since I'm in boot camp. I spent the whole dream day cheating! I woke up relieved that it was just a dream.
