Heaven only knows how, but I am now wearing a pair of SMALL boxer shorts!
I havent worn any item of clothing which has an "S" on the label for probably 18 years!!!!!!! It has only ever been "XXL" "XL" "L" or "M". I never thought I would ever get into an "S" again. Granted they are a little tighter than I would normally wear! But an "S"
On the label, they suit people with a 31 inch and 33 inch waist!
I still way in at 190 (ish) so I am by no means anywhere near where I need to be (please note that my pictures do flatter me a bit, you cant see my tummy in them).
Anyway, i am extatic, and its making the last 2.25 years more worthwhile.
This Atkins diet lark has been such a life changer to me, and is by no shadow of a doubt been the best achievement I have ever had.
