I can't believe I blew my diet last night! I feel so guilty! I've already have lost almost 15 pounds! At first the diet wasn't that hard to follow, but now it is starting to get old. I really want to lose this weight. I have read the book and I exercise everyday. I feel so much better. The heartburn has stopped! Does anyone have any advice about how I can keep from cheating?

In the end it will be worth it. You worked for the 15lbs, don't let it go..I Wish you luck you can do it.
