can't open your last 2 links

the dairylea says on the page I looked at that they are cheese spread in the UK only real aged cheeses are induction legal.

if your string cheese is aged cheese like mozzarella it is legal.

Re: are these cheeses allowed? cheese string and dairy triangle.

I found this info here http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/food/dairyle...pread/1007151/
But it does not say if the figures quoted are for one serving or 100 grams!
      Energy 217 kcalories.
      Protein 8.0g
      carbohydrates 7.0g
      of which sugars 5.4g
      fibre 0.0g
      sodium 1.0g
      calcium 570mg
so you will need to look on a packet to decide if they are too 'carby' for your stage of Atkins - Dairy rung of OWL as it also says
These cheese triangles are made of cheese, butter and milk.
      so not induction friendly.

I could not find any nutrition info at http://www.kraftfoods.co.uk but you could email them and ask.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
