  • The True Story of the man behind the war on carbs

Curious as I am, I wanted to know more about "THE MAN" who has given so many people hope and new lives. The man who went gainst the grain. So....I just bought the bio of Dr. Robert Atkins by Lisa Rogak. Called "The true story of the man behind the war on carbohydreates"
Cost me $27 buckaroonies..if your interested.

I was just wondering has anyone read this book?

I respect a lot his work, I admired the way he changed the point of view of traditional medicine, how he resisted the oposition. The only thing that disapointed me was his love relationships.
              This man changed my life.

                I just finished this book
Was very interesting, BUt I almost feel sorry for him, I dont know if he was ever really happy. His mother raised him to always want more, and he handled his life that way.
But it was good getting to sorta know the man whose idea is changing my life.
Any one wants the book let me know, but you gotta pass it on when your done
                How does that sound
