  • Hot Yoga Anyone?

I was thinking of trying this... anyone done it?

    YOGA IN THE HOT ROOM:
The temperature is 105 and humidity 60%. This combination is ideal to promote flexibility and puts the body at an optimal state to receive the maximum benefits from the yoga. The sweat not only quickly and efficiently detoxifies the body, but also keeps the body from overheating.

Tried it for a couple of weeks, did NOT like it. What got to me was the SMELL! The FUNK of all the sweaty bodies is quite overpowering! Seriously!! It's everywhere!! When you're down on your mat & your face is close to the carpet, please don't breathe too deeply!

Other than the smell...I thought it was great! I was able to stretch further than ever before & the heat made my muscles relax.
