I just invented a new dessert. Take a slice of flax bread and toast it.
( if you don't know what flax bread is go to recipes and get Book's recipe )
Take 2 tbsp cream cheese and zap it in the microwave on 30 sec power level 3 . This will make it nice & smooth . Add about 10 blueberries and stir it up and spread over the flax bread. It is delicious!
