  • Don't Feel Good =(

I don't know what's going on with me this past week or so. Regardless of pretty ok eating (no big splurges, two bites of chocolate cake a week ago), drinking water, taking suppliments, and exercising I have GAINED a pound and a half.

I'm not sure about my inches because I don't do that weekly, but not only that I just feel miserable. Generally when I'm in ketosis I feel good, positive, a lean mean fat burning machine and I feel very in tune with my body. Right now I just feel lumpy around my midsection, sort of gross, and generally depresesed and unhappy. My strips are turning, btw.

I cannot figure out what is going wrong with me. It's not TOM, I don't drink soda or caffine that might be screwing me up, I'm only eating nominal amounts of cheese and I haven't had any Splenda or other kind of sweetener. The minor weight gain I'm not so much concerned with as just FEELING not good, feeling really off.

Does anyone have any advice or any troubleshooting I could do?

We all go into funks on occasion. It's not always eating related, you know?

It sounds like you know what you're doing and know your body well. Trust it and give your body a week or two and keep workin what you already know works! It'll catch up on it's own or whatever is going on will jump out at you.

Too much tweaking, problem solving, over-thinking our WOE can be frustrating. In my experience sometimes the only thing my body needs is a little time to adjust again.

    Hang in there!

        Re: Don't Feel Good =(

Thanks for the support guys. 2big, I haven't started anything new; I'm still doing the cardio program from Power90 that I've been doing the whole duration of the 6WEC.

I'll try to relax a little bit and not be over diet focused!
