I can't believe that 1 year ago today, DH and I made the best decision of our lives. We started this woe, and haven't turned back since. 90 lbs later, as I look back on those old pictures, it amazes me the transition I have made. I haven't been this weight for over 30 years, size 12 now, haven't seen that size since being in junior high, and I work out more than I did when I was in my 20's. Exercise is part of my daily routine. All this is attributed to reading DANDR, and following his teachings. I discovered ADBB 6 weeks later, and continue to learn from the wonderful people on here, and attribute alot of my success to all of you. I am only 22 lbs away from my goal. If I can do it, anyone can!!!
