    Ribeye is my favouite, so so juicy.


    *disclaimer - In england we do have Rump Steak, but my limited market research of the american market shows that in the states its known as a roast.*

        I love a good filet. And porterhouse is right up there in my preferences too!! Yummm!!

                It's basically a GIANT T-bone steak!!! HUGE!!! like 24 oz or so!!!!! Has the filet on one side and the strip on the other side of the T-bone. mmmmmmmm

                  Prime Rib, porterhouse, ribeye. all running off the plate, dripping blood and mooing as I chase them down with a fork!

                    Similar to a T-bone, but the tenderloin is much bigger. And since my favorite is the tenderloin..................... LOL. Porterhouse is 2nd best!

                      I picked t-bone but my absolute fav is prime rib.

                            Filet, as it's tender & there's typically no fibrous matter to weed through. (An embarrassing nuisance in a nice restaurant!) Oh, and I only like it rare and with no seasoning unless I am whipping it up myself at home.

                              I'm with ya Barb... a big juicy Porterhouse is a beautiful thing!!! But, I picked sirloin from the list.

                              P.S. If you ever get to the Sonoma California area, go to a steakhouse called Cattleman's and have their Porterhouse. It's absolutely the biggest and best steak I've ever had. Yum, melt in your mouth, cut with a fork delicious!!!! Now I'm hungry!!!
