I love my steak to still have a bit of blood in it. Others find it grotesque and others like it.
What about youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu?

A "blue" steak is the rarest of rare. Its barely cooked. Other people call it "Royal".
Does that help?sigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o

Somewhere between blue and rare. Steak tartare, perhaps would be cool, although I've never tried it. I used to eat raw hamburger when I was young, but my hubby would choke me if I tried it, now.Started Atkins: 21 Sep 2003

Re: How do you like your steak cooked!?
Best slab of beef I've ever tasted was in Texas. Don't remember the restaurant though. Hubby will! We hope to do another "tour of Texas" in the summer. Hopefully we'll go back to that restaurant! mmmmmmmmm
