Red and juicy in the middle!! Yummmmy! I'm lucky, my Mom has friends who raise beef, and she and I split a quarter in the fall. It's the best beef I've ever had.

Guess we're grilling out tomorrow night.

it might be a british term.

A "blue" steak is the rarest of rare. Its barely cooked. Other people call it "Royal".
