Good lord, what a weird weird culture we live in.
I've seen other sites of people challenging themselves to eat copious amounts of food. There was one with a girl eating Little Debbie things. It creeps me out to think this is entertainment. I always think if they donated the money to charity it probably go a lot farther.

there is actually a competative sport now of mega eating contests with large prize money. The actuall champs are rail skinny folk who actually make a living doing this stuff ans practice daily. the theory is cause they can expand the stomach without the interference from the layers of fat heavy folk have they can actually out eat the heavier folk easily.
