I am up to drinking nothing else but water and over 100 ounces a day. They have closed our restrooms here at work for the next 2 weeks for renovations and we have to go up or down two flights of stairs to the nearest restroom. Well, I have been here 3 and 1/2 hours and have already made the trip 4 times! The crazy thing is, instead of being upset as I would have been as a heavier me, I actually welcome the extra exercise! Others here think I am absolutely nuts...

Re: Restroom Workout
Depends on how valuable your time is. If you make $100/hr yeah its a major inconvenience to waste extra time walking to the bathroom.
However if you are salaried, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Plus it does help you out!5'9.5" - 25/m - On/Off since Oct '03

Re: Restroom Workout
When you gotta go, you gotta go.
Try sipping your water rather than "chugging it". So drink a few tablespoons every 5 minutes or so.~Megs~
