I am proud to announce that after 8 days of induction, I have lost 10 pounds. I couldn't resist and had to get on the scale!! I went down one size in my pants, one hole in my belt, and my shirts fit better! Yippee!!
My water consumption is flippin' off the charts!
I have lost my cravings for sugar, bread, even salty snacks. It seems like I am bypassing them with considerable ease!! I keep reminding myself that the body and health that I want cannot be attained with those types of foods!
Now, I need to commit to more exercise . . . first, I am walking to work every day (only 8 blocks in each direction). I don't want to join a gym, since I live in a beautiful area only 11 blocks from the beach. Why pay for a gym, when the roads are free! I do, however, need a kick in the tushie once in a while to make sure that I'm not sloughing off!
Thank goodness for this board - I have learned so much!
By the way - is there any easier way to change the ticker, instead of logging on to Ticker Factory each time? Let me know!!
