    Re: My scale doesn't move!!

Oh I am so glad I came across the post. I have been on induction for a month now and I have lost a total of 7 pounds, which for me is not much. I was getting really discouraged, so much so that I was giving it one more week and then packing it in, but this has made me reconsider. I am not sure if I am losing inches because I have always worn my clothes big or worn my husband's (who is bigger) clothes. I'll have to measure and keep track that way and see what happens. But I sure hope whooshie makes a stop at my house!!

You people are funny. Do you have any idea how hard it is to put on muscle mass? ITs almost impossible unless you work out, and body build. Even then you have to ingest hundreds of grams of protein a day.

The dress size loss or whatever maybe related to water loss. It certainly isn't fat loss at the same rate as muscle gain.

I think that depends on the person. Everyone builds muscle mass differently. I was always very muscular until I started gaining weight 3 years ago. I have just started working out 3 weeks ago and already my arms and calfs are all defined muscle, not one bit of flabola there!!

              Hey Donna

Don't worry so much about it all. Remember, what's more important is that there is less of you regardless.

Scales are NOT our friends. Exercise and use that inchtape!
