I haven't seen the Cadbury's s/f chocolate, no! I've hunted high and low for suitable chocolate, but I can't stand the low carb ranges, so I'd given up hope until I found this range in Tescos!
And Richt, no problems with my bum! lol (how strange did that sound?!) Maybe I have a resilient stomach or something, but I can eat the bars all day long (not literally, of course) and not have any "problems".
However, the Russell Stover chocolates? $3 for a bag of like, 6 pieces! Thought I'd give them a try...
Long story short, I threw up in the parking lot at Walmart. Never again.
It is..i quit smoking 6 yrs ago and still crave it enough that i could actually take it back up again like i never stopped (of course i'll never do that).
Having changed both my WOE and quitting smoking i've realized what makes changing eating habits much harder: you can't 'quit' eating. You need to eat. where as smoking you can stop completely. Food is everywhere. It take far much more self control and wilpower.
I despise sugar free chocolate & candy, because of the stomach upset usually involved. The first time I was on Atkins I tried many. Now I don't eat any frankenfoods except a low carb ketchup, so I don't even bother looking any more.
That said, I had the misfortune to stumble across a truly delectable sugar free chocolate. I say misfortune, because even though it is sweetened with malitol, there was absolutely no stomach upset, bathroom runs (haha, I'm punny too!), etc. Maybe it's not the malitol so much as the quality of ingredients? Thankfully I can't find them locally. They were too awesome.
If you're interested and can control yourself, here's the link. You can scroll down the page about half-way to the Traditional Sugar Free Chocolate Bars They have other sugar free chocolate but I only tried the milk chocolate and the dark chocolate bars.
This just proves Dr. Atkins' point that we are NEVER cured. We must always be on our guard.
How true this is. May will be one year of Atkins, and so far, I am 100% cheat free, and I still experience very random cravings (that are NOT related to a food I've eaten, moreso smells and the like). Interesting.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I crave legal foods that are moderation-style food, like pork rinds (limit and drink extra water because of sodium), bacon (yes, I know, nitrates), and tomatoes (kinda carby to eat more than 1 whole a day for me)--I'm sure there are others that aren't popping to mind.
Oddly enough, I don't really crave "illegal" foods, and though I allow myself berries as part of my OWL rung, I'm rarely in the mood for them and eat them in extreme moderation.
I'm drinking a gallon of water or more a day (128 oz.) and I limit my salty food (though it pains me) so no one panic. But the cravings are pretty intense every now and then.

No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.
I get those now and then as well and it's been over a year and a half for me. I've learned that it's my memory of how good I used to think it was, when I do try a little bite as an experement, I find I really don't want it.
