      Re: Help Me Please!

      You've received some GREAT advise!

I'll add this - how about joining in an exercise challenge!
Post your menus in the Review My Menu for a few days, and be honest! Let people help with that!
Start a Journals Stats to keep track of your food, exercise, water intake, thoughts of the day!
Make an announcement in Second Time Around Club that you're going to following Induction again and I'm sure you'll find others doing the same!

You can do it! Well shoot, you've done it! Look at your pictures!

          Here's everything I ate today-

3 all beef burgers with 3 slices of cheese.
(100% beef with just salt added, nothing else)

          Some turkey slices.

Steak with a pepper and mushrooms.

1 tablespoon of Le Roule Cheese (Like Philly with garlic)

1 tablespoon of mascarpone cheese with cocoa powder and splenda.

At least 2 litres of water.

          1 can diet 7up.

I notice your menu from yesterday is a bit light on veggies. Be sure and get your percentages right. 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs.

Are your using www.fitday.com to keep a close eye on your percentages. If not, check it out.

Then plan ahead for your success. Holmes you are back on track. The next picture you post I bet will have a hugh on your face.

                    Happy Low Carbing!

Pick up something that weighs the amount you lost... and see if you want to put it back on!

You're 90% of the way to stepping back on the wagon just by having posted as you did... it's only a little hop up. You can do it!

Why not promise yourself a 'welcome back to Atkins' treat... you know, a little pressie for yourself... and then make that little hop back up on board.

We're all here waiting for you and rooting for you!!

I can stick to the eating and water no problem, its exercise I need to make the effort in.
I'm gonna deffo do a minimum of the 30 mins on the bike every day and then some.

Well, have done my exercise again.
Did some stretching exercises this time and some time with the barbells before the bike.
I am absolutely knackered! And feel all floppy! LOL
I think I will sleep soundly tonight.
Main food today was beef and pork, cut into strips with sliced peppers and mushrooms and lots of chilli powder.
Water is up to about 3-4 litres!
                              Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

                                Re: Help Me Please!

When I fell off the wagon before it was because I got bored with my food. I ate the same things all the time. This time around it's different. I've made a point to seek out recipes for things to fix for dinner. It's really helped me out.

ttdriver gave this link in another post http://users3.ev1.net/%7Efontlady/

There are absolutely AMAZING recipes there...and she also gives sample menus. You won't get tired of that food by any means. Check out the recipe forums below...there are some great things in there too. All of them fairly simple to make.

My stomach is satisfied and my taste buds are delighted.
