  • My own little concoction

    Hey everyone,
So I am on induction, and I had a craving and so I made up my own little comcoction hoping that it is okay. I take ice, cream about 2 teaspoons and about 1 teaspoon of splenda, and then mix it in the blender and then voola. It is so good and it takes the sweet tase away, I hope that this is okay. Give me your won opinion and if anyways has tried this before, and if it stalls weight or if I shouldnt be eating it.
    Thanks
    Christi

all your ingredients are induction legal and if you were hungry and needed a snack it was fine. if yo just hadit cause you wanted it then it wasn't. On Atkins we eat to satisfy hunger and stop. Having a treat cause our favorite show is on or we are at the movies or any other not hunger reason is a habit needing to be broken so we can be sucesses on Atkins.

How many carbs in a viola? A violin would have fewer of course...lol
