  • Dry Skin

I have noticed since I have been on induction my skin has been very dry. I am drinking at least 120 oz of water a day, so it dosen't make any sense to me!! Has anyone else had this problem??

actually my skin hasn't looked better. My bags under my eyes have even gone away. So I am not sure.

Are you showering more because you're exercising?

Try using body lotion right after your shower, that should help.

I am showering the same amount, just at the gym. I just took a hot bath and did a good body scrub. I am going to coat myself in body butter!!!!

I don't know about you, but my skin turns to snake hide in the winter due to the cold. The only thing that keeps it sorta moist is putting the oil based balm on at night. Makes me kinda slippery but feels so good the next day when absorbed.

The gym may have harsher water than what you have at home.....

If you hair is dryer too, this might be the culprit

Does the gym have liquid soap in their showers that you use (mine does). I found it very harsh and take my own.

As well, the water at the gym probably (more likely) has more chlorine. Are you utilizing a hot tub or pool?
