Hi, I am struggling right now, I have read and reread the book and there are a couple of things I am just not getting. I hear people here talk about grabbing a high fat snack before bed and/or as they dash out the door. I need several suggestions on what those high fat foods things might be. I can easily identify carbs and proteins but am struggling with fats. Anyone with some practical suggestions please?
