    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      I'm not a long time member here but have been doing atkins since August 2003 (except for that BBBBAAAAADDDDDD 3 months I had last fall). I would be willing to cheer someone on.
