  • Reflection

Well as I celebrate my 6 year anniversary this week I have reflected on my past. I have yet to post some pictures for you guys/gals......I have been looking through some pictures of when my children were small and I can't believe how old and swollen I looked. At 42, I feel 22.

I have gone from 210 lbs to 125 lbs. and have maintained with only a 3lb. flux for vacations.

    I have quit smoking
I have quit drinking. Used to love ale beer. Now I can't stomach a glass of wine
    I am purely organic
I now eat almost 10 servings of fruit/veggies a day (many of those blended in the a.m.)
I work out 6 days a week because I enjoy it now.
I can pass on processed foods because I now know what poison they are. And I'm actually convinced!

I have never felt this much freedom and appreciation for my body as I do now.

I truly believe that with my new regimen I can be free of disease and enjoy my life without medications and complications that 75% of Americans are experiencing because they allow the media, fda and our government to tell them what is "good for them"

Nutrient rich soil, sun and pure water......If your food does not contain any of these 3 ingredients you shall wilt like a flower.
Make it a happy low carb life!

Wow!!!! That is truly amazing, and DEFINATELY something to be proud of. I am certain that you are the "reflection" of what Dr. Atkins had in mind. You are such an inspiration. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Keep it up!

Congradulations Fawn! Wow six years!! What an inspiration you are.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. People come into our lives for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. Embrace all equally!
