Hi everyone, just got back after a one week grueling week of training in hot, sunny Southern California! I'm happy to say that I stuck on plan, was able to exercise, as I brought my lap top and some exercise dvd's. I was even able to get 2 of the 7 other people in training to go out and buy DANDR, and start while we were there. I also lost 1/2 lb during that time. So I can say this definately was a successful trip, and now I'm glad to be back home again! Seems like I missed lots on here, and probably won't have time enough to catch up!!!!

Thx for the welcome back everyone. And Betty, it was in the 80's in California when I was there last week, but to Canadians, anything over 40 is hot in the winter time!!!
