Re: Fresh Cream
All pouring cream is allowed (heavy, whipping), but the whipped cream in a can usually has corn syrup or other unallowed additives, even if it doesn't have that many carbs per serving. So stick to the real stuff, which tastes better anyway. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit. - Aristotle

Re: Fresh Cream
It is an individual issue dealing with dairy and weight loss aas Dr Atkins says in chapter 11 special catagory foods if it interferes with your weight loss then don't have it.
Those very low carb squirt creams are for a very small serving and most folk don't abide by those servings sizes as Rikki just atested to. the Splenda brand is made by LandoLakesby the book atkinseer

Re: Fresh Cream
Make sure you look at the ingredients list on the can and choose a brand with the least sugar/lactose/cornsyrup etc - and (as has been suggested already) make sure you are only using what the can says is one serving for working out how many carbs you are eating.
Maybe measure out 'one serving' to see how much (or how little) it is and stick to that amount.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Aye, cream is allowed, see the book on allowed foods. All cream has a lil carbs in it, so make sure you stick to the allowance.
