I didn't lose any weight this week, but I'm not very unhappy about it. That four pound weight loss last week kinda freaked me out! I think my body just stopped and went woah! what's going on here! I'm not the kind of person that loses four pounds in one week, slow and steady has always been my way. If I had gotten on the scale and lost another 4 pounds, I would have run to the doctor! I feel light and loose that's what counts with me!

Don't sweat it!! I recently started Atkins, lost 10 pounds the first 2 weeks, but have only lost 1 pounds this past week. However, I feel utterly fantastic and went down on pants size (these actually feel loose - so maybe a shopping trip is in my future!). So, I guess the lesson learned is DON'T RELY ON THE SCALE!!!!! Rrely on the way you feel and how your clothes fit.
