I bought a size 10 skirt last night at the store. It's denim, and looks increadible on! I am so excited, I can't believe that I am actually in a size 10, it's unreal to me.
This is the size I was in high school, I don't even think I got down to this size, and this time around I have a lot more muscle so I think I am actually smaller. I can appreciate my shrinking body now when before I had so many body image issues I was afraid to even look at myself in the mirror. That's sad, a pretty 16 year old girl who feels like the ugliest girl on the planet. It makes me wonder how many other girls are out there that feel the same way. (hugs) to all those that have low self esteem, I've been there, I have felt your pain. High school sucks, it'll be better after you graduate ((double hug)).
Ok, I totally veered off topic, but still, I am in a size 10. It's increadible to me, I started at a size 20!!! Devide 20 by 2 and you get 10, lol. I know I haven't lost 1/2 of my body weight, but still it's fun to think about it like that. I haven't gone out and tried on any size 10 jeans yet, I don't want to jinx it, but I was trying on the 12 skirt and it was a tiny bit lose so I decided for kicks to grab the 10. Wowzers, I think the whole store heard me squeel when it came on and I looked in the mirror, lol. I'll have to get a pic for you guys.
I'm not sure if my big latin booty will fit into a size 10 jeans, but I am going to ride the high of my skirt for a little while and then go try it out, lol. Don't want to come of this high called weight loss yet, lol.
